About the founder
Christian Bailey
Founder · Platinum Household StaffingA Culinary Institute of America graduate, Christian Bailey developed his craft at Michelin-starred Meadowsweet in Brooklyn before moving into private household service.
His work as a private chef for families in California and Maryland has encompassed everything from tailored menus and dietary needs to intimate dinner parties and the daily care of a household kitchen. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of the trust, attention to detail and adaptability private service requires.
With Platinum, Christian brings that perspective to staffing—looking beyond a résumé to the person, the household and the relationship between them.
