Who we are
Platinum Household Staffing is a private household staffing service founded by Christian Bailey, introducing private household staff to families, estates and family offices across the United States. Questions about these terms can be sent to inquiries@platinumhouseholdstaffing.com or (443) 602-0659. The registered company name will be added here once the business entity is formed.
What this site is for
This website introduces our service, explains how a search runs, and gives families a way to begin a confidential conversation. The journal and the pages describing roles and markets are general information, written to be helpful — they are not legal, tax, employment or immigration advice, and they are not a substitute for advice about your own household.
What an inquiry means
Sending an inquiry starts a conversation; it does not create an engagement, and it obliges neither of us. A search begins only when we have agreed its terms with you in writing. We may decline an inquiry where we are not the right fit, and we will say so plainly.
How placements work
Families employ and pay household staff directly. We find, screen and introduce candidates; we do not employ them, run payroll, withhold taxes, or act as employer of record. The employment relationship — its terms, its pay, its taxes and its insurance — is between the family and the professional, and each side should take its own advice on it.
What we can and cannot promise
We screen carefully — experience, employment history, references, qualifications and background — and we introduce only professionals we believe are genuinely suited. Even so, we cannot guarantee how any employment relationship will unfold, and the decision to hire, and the responsibility for that decision, rests with the family.
Confidentiality
Conversations with us are held in confidence, and we ask the same in return. Details of a household, and details of the professionals we introduce, are not to be passed to third parties. Introductions are made for the family who asked for them; please don't forward a candidate's details elsewhere.
Using this site
Please use the site lawfully and honestly. Don't send us information you have no right to share, don't probe or interfere with the site or its systems, and don't scrape or reproduce its content wholesale. The text, design and imagery on this site belong to Platinum Household Staffing and may not be reused commercially without permission.
Accuracy
We keep these pages current and correct them when something is wrong, but we don't warrant that every page is complete or free of error, and the site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of this website itself.
Changes
If these terms change, the date above changes with it, and any material change will be noted on this page.
