How we handle the details families share with us — plainly, and without the usual small print.

Who we are

Platinum Household Staffing is a private household staffing service founded by Christian Bailey, placing private household staff for families, estates and family offices across the United States. For any question about this policy, or to make a request about your information, write to inquiries@platinumhouseholdstaffing.com or call (443) 602-0659. The registered company name will be added here once the business entity is formed.

What we collect

When you ask us to begin a search, the inquiry form asks for your first name, last name, email address, phone number, location, household type, number of residences, the position you need, your desired start date, and a short description of your requirements. Everything in that form is stored so we can pick the conversation up without asking you twice.

Please leave the sensitive parts out

Please don't send home addresses, security arrangements, alarm or access details, children's schools or daily routines, medical information, or anything about finances. None of it is needed to begin a conversation, and it is safer with you than with us.

Why we ask

We use what you send for one purpose: to understand the household, answer your inquiry, and, if we work together, to search for and introduce suitable professionals. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

Where it goes

Inquiries are stored in our own database, which is not open to the public. A copy is also sent to our email so we can reply to you directly. Our hosting provider delivers that email on our behalf and processes it only for that purpose. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else.

How we work with professionals

Families employ and pay household staff directly. We do not run payroll, withhold taxes, or act as the employer of anyone we introduce, and we never hold a professional's bank or tax details. What we hold about a candidate is only what they choose to send us — their background, contact details and references — kept to run a search and removed when they ask.

How long we keep it

We keep an inquiry while the conversation is open, and afterwards for our own records — while we are working on your search and for a period after it closes. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.

Your choices

Write to us at any time and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or remove it entirely. Requests of this kind are answered within a few working days. If you would rather not share details through the form at all, you are welcome to write to us directly instead.

Children

We don't knowingly collect information about children. Please don't include their names, schools, ages or routines in an inquiry.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers, so there is nothing to accept or refuse. It does load its typefaces from Google, which means Google sees an ordinary technical request when a page opens — the same as on any website. Your inquiry details are never given to them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it, and any material change will be noted on this page.
